A conspiracy theory is not a negative. This is a falsehood instilled upon people by nefarious means.

A conspiracy theory is a theory of a conspiracy. A conspiracy is something being conducted by two or more collaborators.

So for the umpteenth time, new world order is confirmed as an actual conspiracy.

The theory is, once again, about who the players are. Theories about the conspirers.
