My Floridian daughter recently was denied an Uber for not wearing a mask. Her ride was canceled, and she was charged. The driver reported her, and she received this email telling her to take a photo in a mask to be allowed to ride. She called a Lyft instead.

This. Doesn’t matter what their policy is you didn’t get the service so they don’t get paid. Like a dr who charges you if you are late. I charge them when they are late and I’ve yet to be paid.
I can’t find the episode, An older man was a guest on Johnny Carson in the early 90s. He sent his doctor a bill because the doctor was late for the appointment.
That sounds maybe like a joke Rodney Dangerfield would have told on the show.
Reminds me of that old Seinfeld episode
Oh I'm sorry, I require 24 hours notice for a cancellation.
These tech corpo villains truly believe their beloved "terms of service" "agreements" supercede our God given Constitutional Rights!
Also noticed the past few years, endless "updates to our terms of service" emails. Just seems extra fishy, what are you changing and why?! No one reads that trash anyway
