It's been 2 years since I've been in the office and they have finally lifted the mask mandate. Thing is, they gave bonuses to those that got vaccinated and larger bonuses to "teams" over 75% vaxed. How do I not walk up to the HR rep that sent all the emails and red pill him with a sledge hammer, of links from here? So torn, maybe I should finish the meeting I was called in for, before giving him some "education".... The management never required vax, but they did incentive it. Very grey area between the 2, IMO....

Not a lawyer but have studied a ton of law as well as teaching it. Begin with the fact that you are willing to engage an attorney on your behalf but DON'T SAY YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH ONE. Any time you tell somebody you have spoken with an attorney they must tell you they can no longer speak with you unless through their attorney.
State clearly that you have been treated differently than others and they must make that right. My knowledge of one specific corp is that just engaging attorneys costs $25,000 so they will always pay that much to make it go away since it costs many times that much for discovery and trial.
NEVER SAY YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY OR HAVE SPOKEN TO ONE SINCE THAT IMMEDIATELY REQUIRES THEM TO ENGAGE THEIR ATTORNEYS.
Don't worry about it, not worth losing your job if your not ready to yet. If u didn't take it don't make yourself a target unless you're ready to exit. If most of your team got the clot shot just don't say anything not worth it. The only thing worth mentioning are the fetus particals and the hiv, but even that isn't worth starting a fight over. I get it, it burns me too, but the company hasn't made it an employment requirement so I just won't bring it up. Not worth the heated discussions it bring with ppl u need fo work alongside with. Again do it if you're leaving if not let it go and don't make yourself a target.
No sledge hammer; no links from here. You might as well talk to the wall. They do not want an education and will never listen or think they made a mistake by taking the vax. You followed the real science. They followed experimental science, and "everybody won a trophy."
You find another job if an option. Don’t be scared to leave something familiar.
Sounds like a case of discrimination to me if they are giving bonuses based on medical status. I'd talk to an employment lawyer
Think of it this way, fren: the bonus money is for their funerals.
Lead him to the insurance company claim adjuster so he can explain to him what bonus he can really look forward to.
Give them the 9 pages of Pfizer side effects and # of deaths in like 3 months?

They should tie the bonuses in to those who lived past one year , would have saved them some bucks in the long run
