Well typically someone isn't there to pull the pin on teeing off, so there's that, but yeah I wouldn't think a bounce off the pin - that still goes in! - counts as a "bounce"!
The person tending the pin is usually some one in your foursome or your caddy(if you are a pro) so there is usually no one on the green on a hole where you have a chance of going strait from the tee to the green.

Just a couple that were easy to find. I have never seen it on a par 4, but it definitely happens on par 3s although it isn’t very common.
