Depends on their broker. Not everyone here is in the USA and not all brokers allow it. The easiest way I’ve seen is transfer to fidelity (about 2-3 days) then after they settle transfer to computershare (another 3-5 days). Then you own them in your name, no fuckery can take them.
Thank you. I just submitted the outbound DRS transfer to TDA today for my 4 GME shares…lol. They said done in 7-10 business days. Forgive me for not being up to speed but I have 4 AMC as well. Are we DRSing these too? I thought the play on AMC was dead. On a lighter note I got 900 HYMC at $1.15 and I’m rooting for Putin.
