What is really fitting, and I have no doubt that it is true, The son's Presidential Order does in the father for treason. It is just like Trump to use the legal structures created by them to do us in being used against them to do themselves in. It really is kind of beautiful, it pure gold.

That was the basis of the question lindsey graham asked Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing. Not saying I believe that Bush was executed or given a tribunal.
