OOOOOOR......he was running / excercising....and HAD A HEART ATTACK AND FELL...and the dump truck couldn't stop in time.....sounds too supicious...and his age in like the soccer players WHO ARE SUDDENLY AND UNEXPECTEDLY DROPPING DEAD.....
