Following Elon Musk's recent acquisition of 9.2% of Twitter and last Tuesday's formal announcement that he would be joining the Board of Directors, Musk has declined the board seat.

My comment: I suspect that he has bigger plans in mind, if he was to accept the terms of directorship, he would have been forced to limit his ownership stake, by staying off the board, he is free to acquire a larger stock ownership or even to make a hostile takeover.

Of course, for those paying attention, this means that Musk can now own more than 14.9% of the company - a limit that board members must adhere to.

As the Wall Street Journal notes, "It was unclear why Musk refused the board seat. Adding Musk would have restricted how big a stake in the company he could own. Musk could now do anything from selling his stake to potentially pursuing a hostile takeover of the company."

We await the next Musk tweet with bated breath... As the article states:

He's now free to buy up more or partner with other firms in a HOSTILE takeover and deportation of woke staff and a fat CEO.

Maybe he learned that the company would implode from mass protests since employees were already losing their minds after the announcement he was being appointed to the board.

I doubt he would dump more money into it to gain 51% percent in a takeover. Him fixing Twitter is just a pipe dream of Conservatives. They should all just join Gab.

I don't know what happens from here, but it's sure as hell interdasting.

No surprise here. Elon is controlled opposition. All you have to do is look at Soro’s 35 million dollar bailout of Tesla back in 2018. Anyone who thinks a stoner with Asperger’s syndrome could get a net worth of 250 Billion selling government subsidized electric cars and not be beholden to the deep state is smoking stronger drugs than Elon in my opinion.

You can see him smoking weed in camera and admitting it on Joe Rogans podcast. He’s on Joe Rogans podcast smoking a blunt like that wasn’t his first rodeo. And if you will hit a blunt online and brag about it - then you’re definitely a stoner.
