My solution is to treat them with true equality which means no more Affirmative Action, diversity hiring, outreach programs, Opportunity Zones, black scholarships, black universities, Critical Race Theory justice, no more dindu nuffin mainstream news media coverup coverage, no more pandering and no more making excuses for their intolerable behaviors.
We should hold blacks to the same lofty ideals that we expect from everyone else.
I don't care if the African-American incarceration rate rises from 40% to 80%.
Treating everyone with equality is the solution, one way or the other.
My honest opinion on this. We are complicating black issues.
In my view.
Family structure is extremely broken. The black market came in and setup shop there. That followed by gangs and dirty cops.
Black American culture is what happens when fathers are ripped from the home. Then the setup of illegal black markets.
These black inner city thugs are assets for black market money.
This is why the media will shame people who call it out.

I think you've made a lot of excuses for black culture and that makes you part of the problem (no disrespect intended, allow me to explain).
Poverty doesn't force blacks to rape or shoot people. I grew so thin when I was a part-time employed young student that I couldn't sit on hard surfaces or sleep on my back... but at no time did that compel me to start raping women and stealing cars and sneakers.
Learning a trade and getting a job and building a career is the answer. The problem is that's also a LOT of hard work and it takes time.
Black unemployment and endless welfare is another aspect of the African-American culture that needs to be corrected. More excuses is the last thing they need.
Black parents who choose to destroy their family in exchange for gibs from the government is another disgusting, lazy sickness with the African-American culture. This will never stop while we keep making excuses for them.

...if the African-American crime culture isn't able to correct itself and all of the blacks you claim are calling for change yet do nothing... then so be it. Even if the black incarceration rate doubles then at least our streets will be safer.

African-Americans have the same agency as you and I. They are responsible for their hard work and good choices as they are for their poor choices.

There are two problems here: The policy of Democrats are so disgusting they take leverage a sickness within the African-American culture where (generally speaking) black parents are irresponsible. Being honest about this will trigger many people, but it's the truth that is demonstrated through data that's unrelated to Democrat policy such as 21% of black babies are born to teenage mothers and 62% of black children are welfare babies and black parents murder their children at four times the rate of white parents... and this is before we look at the horrific black abortion rates.
