Quickly: News from this morning, "Elon could have competition: Private equity firm Thoma Bravo is considering a Twitter bid to thwart Musk's plan to buy social media giant as Vanguard scoops up largest stake in firm"
Quote from Musk himself: "We have a Plan B "
SEC requirements and regulations are currently making this a nightmare for the Left, as they have to choose between exposing their corruption in the SEC, exposing their corruption on Twitter, and exposing their corruption at the highest levels by intervening.

So what's happening? The Plan, my frens.
Enjoy the show!
This may be good, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
The people fawning over Musk around here is ridiculous. The guy has done nothing to actually help us, but y'all seem to think he has.
And yes, I've seen the threads and done the required reading myself. I still stand by my assessment.
Vanguard has a better chance at buying Twatter than Musk. He's a wild card, and, while [they]'ll work with wild cards when it suits [them], this isn't one of those times. [they] simply cannot afford to lose one of the biggest social platforms on the planet.
This statement does not make any logical since.
First... Vanguard owns the deep state. Vanguard is the globalists. Vanguard's money comes from largely the middle class of America. They are wielding peoples pension fund money with extreme recklessness.
They swooped in only to prevent musk from getting majority ownership and hedge the BLOW Musk can use with a hostile takeover by dumping his twitter stock.
When people's retirement nest egg starts dropping as Vanguard is dumping money on Twitters downward spiral in order to prevent massive hemorrhage, they are essentially protecting their DEEP STATE asset with OUR MONEY!
I think Musk knew they would do this. I also think he knows they will have to decline an offer double what worth. If Vanguard refuses to sell their twitter stock (essentially our stock managed by them), they are refusing it in the best interest of their customers.
its criminal... will the SEC prosecute them? I have no idea, but
When they decline.. Musk will smear them and it will be hard for everyone not to listen when their pensions are on the line.
Then what.. nothing? What if Musk offers $75.. triple the offer.. after he has got everyones attention on the criminal acts of the board and Vanguard... How can the SEC continue to look the other way? It will be epic....
Oooo Shit, people watching their retirement money vanish on what looks like dick wagging feud? Suicide weekend? Man, I pray that doesn't happen.
Time for some Blackrock and Vanguard homework. These companies are SCARY! https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/blackrock-vanguard-own-big-pharma-media/
How about in the end none of us really know and let’s watch the cards play out and see what happens?
