Just because the FAA and DHS can't mandate masks on airplanes... doesn't mean that the individual air carriers can't mandate them.
These are the same companies that required 100% of their pilots and air crews to take an experimental "vax" that may have ruined their health and ability to continue flying. The airlines haven't been known for making good decisions lately.
Agreed but the major carriers have all petitioned biden to lift the mask mandate in a letter sent to the WH back in late Feb or early March so I can't see why they would continue the mandate if they don't have to. I guess we will see.
Regardless of law or mandates, this stuff trickles down really really slow. So airlines will still operate under the old ‘law’, even if you are 100% justified.

Good point. They do want to sell plane tickets, after all.

There was no requirement by all the "same companies" that required 100% to get vaccinated....this is not a true statement.
