Simple fix. Have every Trump supporter who files their taxes do so on paper (nothing electronic) and fill out the long forms.
It'll create jobs, as initially the IRS will start to hire people to handle the workload, which will help inflation.
And as a two-birds-one-stone bonus, it would probably cripple the IRS.
In fact, I'll bet if 15% of the populace filed on paper, the IRS would implode.
