Its long been a staple expectation that foreign aid to lawless places never turns up, and if it did it would be seized by local warlords and despots anyway. Which is a microcosm for how federal spend and budgeting works - I think there has long been significant proportions of all government spend that is simply stolen. Maybe so much is getting stolen now its approaching 100% and even keeping lights on is a challenge.
Also this sort of thing is a precursor and indicator of every nation that collapses - there is always pre-collapse asset-stripping, looting and pillaging, and its always done by the government and their cronies.
No it sounds like President Trump to me. You can't have devolution and have Trump in power. David Straight, an insider said Trump is still Commander in Chief.
Even that Patel patriot said there is no situation in devolution that allows for Trump to be in power.
It's one or the other. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
He mentioned it was hard to innovate. I worked for the Federal government for almost 30 years and any real suggestion I put in would just be ignored. The Federal government (at least the agency I worked for) has a ridiculous contract with Sato travel agency to arrange all employee travel. I suggested that with all the ease of internet travel arrangements, they should do away with that contract and just let employees arrange their own travel. It got rejected at a very high level by someone who said, "current Federal regulations prohibit employees from arranging their own travel". Seriously! It's mind numbing how absurd things are in the Federal government!
We see how bloated and uncontrolled our Gov't is here in his article. If the pentagon and other agencies were audited, we could reduce the Fed by 50-75%.
Many of these positions are the SES employees that just ride the wave until their retirement, which is highly paid. Example; Andrew McCabe at the FBI who was fired right before his retirement fought tooth and nail $1million + for that retirement.

People always neglect the curtains.

He found no job. Because biden doesn't run the military.
This lines up with info shared at West Point, about the status of Russian Forces compared to US.
