Best bet? Focus on sobering up ie cleansing the heart of dark emotional poisons. Exercise, nature, work, music, food, an inspiring video........anything that lets the Light back in. By focusing on the Lights return the darkness goes without a struggle.
I think part of the plan may be a controlled black pilling of the nations’ populations. They’re letting the French see in real time that everything is rigged so that even a leader as hated as Macron can win with “landslides” and impunity. Remember just a few months ago French military was writing open letters about overthrowing the French gov. It’s not over yet. The walk up to military action has to be done very precisely and at the right moment or they become Lord Cromwell - a military dictatorship - a turn a tense population into full blown civil war.

Asking God to handle what's beyond a persons control frees them to focus on what is.
Connecting with God in this way makes it easier for Him to work with and through that person.
