I personally hate the name. In my research, any companies with "truth," "trust," etc. in their name are invariably named as such because they are the opposite of their name. For example, the Trusted News Initiative was created specifically to act in an untrustworthy manner.

The number of such examples is legend.

Truth Social is the worst name ever, but it is what it is. Hopefully it shows itself to be the exception that proves the rule.
