If you threaten violence or encourage others to commit violence, that is not protected speech. You can give an opinion on whether or not someone shouldn't be living but incitement to violence is completely different. You are calling for direct action against someone.

If she would have said "I am going to blow up the White House". That is not.
You are correct, it is not protected speech. That's because if you ask/tell someone else to kill a person, and they do, you yourself are just as guilty even if you did nothing to actually cause the death.
