The filings made by the players on this board alone against the MSM would create
a bottleneck in court that would never catch up. To function as they want, it would HAVE to be partisan and unconstitutional. Of course, that's why the constitution itself will be next.
"Hate speech" is a social construction. Prove me wrong.
From my perspective as a retired law enforcement officer who still keeps up with the laws, there are no "hate speech laws" on the books.
There are only laws that create punishment enhancement for crimes committed (actual over acts of violence or property damage) because of someone's race, religion, sex, or some other protected class.
There are no laws that concern "speech" with regard to "hate". The SCOTUS has struck down every one that has been tried. Such laws are simply not constitutional.
It is these hate speech laws that were struck down by the SCOTUS that provide the basis for all governments being denied the ability to control nearly all forms of speech in the first place.
Please take the time to watch this video and read this article and I think you'll then understand how all this evolved.
The hate speech laws do appear to be in effect in Canada, and certainly there are pretty strong hate speech laws in Europe.
In the USA I think the Ds are doing their now-normal approach: pass an unConstitutional Law planning that it'll take ~5 years to overthrow it, and as soon as it gets judged unConstitutional (and it most likely will be), they will be there with a new nearly identical law that, hey what a coincidence, we just passed last week.
Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.
But yes I do agree that all "Hate Speech" laws are, prima facie, unConstitutional. As is 90+% of what these fucktards pass.
This times a million! Every 3 letter agency shouldn't exist and shouldn't have any authority, and yet look how many people agencies like the DEA arrest, how many people are illegally searched every second by the TSA, how many people are setup by the FBI, and how many people have been tortured and fed drugs for 100s of days at a time in an attempt to find what substances if any can control people's mind by the CIA, how many people are in prison for not paying the IRS thugs? Clearly the constitution has been forgotten and in no way is protecting us, the federal government is clearly lawless like you say. It's honestly comical that people think otherwise at this point.
Well, of course, the U.S. Constitution and SCOTUS decisions on their own can never be a deterrent. It does require the enforcement of people like you and me to make them sacrosanct. "We the People" must be the deterrent to their madness. And that will require dedication, determination, and sacrifice. I'm ready and willing, are you?
Considering the fact we still have J6 political prisoners being held in DC, I don't think the Constitution is something that - on its own - will be a deterrent to their madness.

It isn't about legal enforcement. It's about identifying targets for doxxing, such that legions of antifa goons can see to it that you're canceled from society.
Seems to me that because of the vigorous push-back that doxxing has now fallen by the wayside as it is more damaging to the doxxer than the doxxed. It causes far more bad press for the doxxers and incurs sympathy for the doxed spreading the doxxed's message even wider.

I'm of the current opinion that damn near everything done by the fedzilla, legislative, cabinet and bureaucratic lawfare, since the land grab known as National Parks in the Teddy Bear admin are totally contra-Constitutional.
A disinformation board will be an army of lawyers. They may never see real results but they will commit treasonous lawfare against American citizens in an effort to silence, malign, impoverish, and terrorize.
Then you'll see a lot of attorneys being arrested, charged, and convicted for constitutional crimes. Just as we are just now seeing a lot of Democrats finally facing justice.
Does anybody think the DS cares about the Constitution, or previous court rulings ? It's liking confronting an armed thug in about to rob a convenience store with legal facts...he could care less.

This is what will be required of many of us in the end. They are watching and recording everything we type on social media, as that POS Myorka (DHS) stated. At some point they will shut down board. Rough times are coming. We need STAND as best we can,

Came here to write "Nice. Now do 'hate speech'."
We should have never allowed a single "hate speech" law to be passed.

Doesn't mean they won't do it anyway.

Our Supreme Court is in a coma and not enforcing the Constitution. And look at the 10th amendment. MOST of the federal government is illegal.

Most definitely. Most active on the ground level.
And the fact that 300 mollion people won't obey.

Let them watch. Let them record. It is good that they understand their limitations.
