I like:
Omega-3 Enriched Eggs cooked with black pepper and turmeric to convert the ALA Omega-3 to DHA Omega-3 (the ones found in fish).
Triple Thick cut Bacon cooked easy with fermented Labuto Chili Hot Sauce.
(I like it on my eggs too)
I also like grass fed butter in my coffee with some brain octane oil, and some Cacao Bliss, but not in this economy.
I feel like a million bucks when I eat this.
TL;DR - Bacon and Eggs.
