Nobody knows who is making decisions. Many people think it is Obama, but Obama was himself groomed by the elites and installed in office. He's no mastermind.
I think it does matter. It's one thing if the DS cheated their way in with Biden; it's quite another thing to have done this AND been using someone else to stand in.

This is exactly who is playing Biden. He looks way more Iike the current resident than any picture of the actual Biden. Wish someone with more tech knowhow than me could post this picture alongside the current Biden and the real Biden from a few years ago.

A friend told me a couple of months ago that the actor playing Biden had dementia and that Biden had a stroke years ago but was still alive. I think he watches Charlie Ward so most likely BS.
