There's nothing to stop us from drafting our abortion laws to allow for cases of rape and incest. That's the beauty of laws. We can amend them to account for a wide variety of circumstances.
Even in the case of rape or incest there shouldn't be an exception. It's not fair, but it's the rapist that did that to you. Just because you are the victim of a crime does not give the right to commit a crime yourself. I'd be for some kind of fund to help those people, but to say "Oh you were raped? Well here's your voucher to go kill a baby" is still wrong IMO.

My only argument would be the violent, evil demons or people that rape shouldn't be replicated at all. But I get your point too.
