It is interesting, especially since it’s pointed downwards, not upwards. It could be merely how he likes to hold his hands, but if we’re assuming it’s on purpose then maybe it means the opposite of what it means when the pyramid is pointed upwards. Maybe he’s indicating the downfall or destruction of the enemy.
Whenever I see Trump make the Freemason hand gestures, including the okay/666 gesture, I just think he is trolling the deep state or sending them mixed signals to confuse them. :-) I seriously can't believe that he is one of them.

I've looked into this a little, not a lot, but I'm leaning towards Trump's hand sign being what's known as the "Dragon's Eye".
