Clicking on Sign Up takes you to a basically blank page with the worth 'Truth' on it.

It looks like it will be for the US only. I had to change my VPN settings to a US location to get the page to load. Pretty cool.
I VPNed into New York in an attempt to sign up, but it's asking for a US phone number for verification, so, do not pass GO and do not collect anything.
I think you can get a Skype number and choose your city.
It is also basically a lie. Truth Social was forked from the Mastodon open source project, which was created in Germany by Eugen Rochko.
Signed up for beta earlier this morning, still waiting to hear back from them (Android user here, though I did get my Iphone using Dad signed up Mothers Day weekend) As someone who likes putting almost all of her apps in dark mode to save my eyeballs, I do like the color scheme and layout that I've seen so far.
