see the little buttons underneath your post? permalink, parent, save, reort, block, reply? Choose report, then select the last option (other) then type sticky, please, in the comment. Voila!

Report is in the middle of the line with REPLY. Just select other and type your message. I'm not on enough to respond in a timely fashion.
