Ivermectin, HCQ/Quinine, zinc, vitamin D, Turmeric, sunlight, fenbendazole, and on and on and on. Keep your health up. All of that didn't work for me. COVID f'd me up (I'm still not 100% after 5 months) and I was the healthiest I've been. It reactivates certain virus' - by design. Just like the jab does.

I have been taking a daily regimen of quinine, zinc, multivitamin, vitamin c, bioflavinoids, vitamin d and some amino acids. I have gone to work every day since this all started. In the beginning, I was even traveling to California and Hawaii for work and still caught nothing. Even though it was anecdotal, it seemed unusual to not get any illness at all in the last 2 years
You are absolutely correct. I have experienced the same thing, my wife as well. But some nimrods that have convinced themselves that COVID isnβt real lurk in these parts.
That being said, after COVID and constantly feeling terrible and ill, I did start taking some of these. My regimen is C, zinc, d3, quercitin, NAC, fish oil. Iβve also started a fasting style diet and things have been great for a few months.
You have to remember, just taking a zinc pill will help but your body will get rid of most of it. You have to entice it to fully absorb and thatβs one of the things quercitin does.
What if buying into it is irrelevant and the virus is actually unleashed on people?
