This is the second of what May be many, let’s see how it goes
50 years old and sleepy all the time. Hate getting old. How to be efficient and productive at this age?
Try stretching for five or ten minutes each morning... It is better than coffee to get the blood flowing and it helps prevent silly injuries... A friend swore by a set of push ups a few times a day when he was feeling slow... It is amazing how a litte bit everyday can transform you...
Oofff I know what you mean. Id say the obvious of diet and working out, but if that’s not something you’re used to, it would be difficult to maintain consistently.
A temporary solution, Try a new activity. Maybe something you’ve never done before but always wanted to.
Another suggestion is, change up your daily habits/routines. Omit dopamine activities. Trying Focusing on the now
Get ur testosterone checked. Free, and bio available. Also get ur estradiol checked. These are symptoms of low Testosterone. Which effects mens ability to "get up and go" .Diet plays a huge part in this. Look into it. It's a simple blood test :D
55 and after sick in Feb of 20 started Balance of Nature. Good natural stuff and the older we get we wish we would have taken better care of ourselves.
I just started taking Root today….it’s supposed to detox all toxins. I’m also reading Dr Brownstein’s iodine book. Daily consumption of iodine is supposed to replenish energy and deter cancer. “They” keep putting poisons in our food — even organic food — which is why so many are so much heavier than even 10 years ago. Do check out the iodine protocol when you get a chance.
