Heh...hilarious... but no, that's not really true in reality. It is the off-gassing of various organs in the body that inflates it enough to rise to the surface. That's why mobsters always weighted down bodies with cement and chains.

It takes 2.5x the weight of a body to keep it on the bottom. So a 200 lb man would need 500 lbs of extra weight to keep it from floating up during the off-gassing.
