In 2021, two-fifths of all of Europe's natural gas came from Russia.
$108 billion euros worth.
Which comprised 74% of their sales according to the US Energy Information Administration:

So Lavrov's threat seems pretty empty to me. Just bluster.
He didn't say anything about stopping sales to the west. He is talking buying from the west.
Right now America's ass is over a barrel because we allowed our sell out politicians and CEO's to offshore production that is extremely important to keeping this country running. We were stupid. We need to stop being stupid.
The globalist have demonized isolationism for many decades. Why? Because they can control the means of production in foreign lands, and they can control the flow of goods. Right now vehicles are waiting on chips made in foreign countries before they can be shipped to market. All kinds of materials are higher than a cat's ass because they have stopped the flow from foreign lands.
Russia has an excellent idea, and America should seriously take a look at getting on board that train of thought.
If anything happens to Taiwan then the chip market will get very interesting.
Bluster? Check the ruble/dollar ratio trend.
There's some bluster for you.
