What do you mean THIS? How many people were in on 9/11? It was said that it was take too many people and somebody would talk.

So for this theory to work out basically the entire school (teachers, admin, students) the Uvalde PD, border patrol, ems, sheriff, local politicians and all the way up to Abbott himself?
I live and work in Houston area and have coworkers with family in Uvalde. From my understanding of Uvalde is it's a tight knit community and everyone knows everyone. So is the entire town of Uvalde in on it as well?
They plan these fake shooting many years in advance, and move assets into place to play their role

No. Quite the opposite. None of the normies were "in on it." They are all victimized as well. They are being told what to do and were given a story that they have to believe, because everything else is being hidden from them just like it's hidden from us.
If they object and think something else must have happened, they will be threatened with being called "crazy conspiracy theorists" and their families and friends will stop talking to them. Or worse.
