Instead of getting sworn in with a bible they're getting sworn in with the Talmud...

There is nothing in the Constitution of the U.S. or any State that says a pol, judge, or bureaucrat must be sworn in over the Bible. It makes sense that they should be, seeing as this is the world's first openly Constitutional Christian nation, but then that would fly in the face of our religious freedom.
Besides, even the Christian Bible is ride with bullshit. So it makes no difference to me, and shouldn't make any difference to anyone else, unless these assjata are being sworn in over the Satanic Bible.
Like what fren?
It doesn't say in my bible that stealing from non-believers is acceptable
It doesn't say in my bible that raping the children of non-believers is acceptable
It doesn't say in my bible that slaving non-believers is acceptable
I could go on....
So I will, Israel decided that you can detect Judaism in the bloodstream so any jew can flee to Israel even if they renounced citizenship. This is a weapon as the jew can destroy nations and cross an imaginary line that is illegal to begin with ( Balfour Declaration ) and avoid prosecution.
See how that works in their favor against all nations on the planet Earth ?
Israel's stance is not Biblically supported though so I'm confused by this comment.
Modern state Israel is not ancient Israel.
What is the Talmud, SuckaFree?
The Christian bible isn't rife with BS
It's rife with men being tyrants in its interpretation. Such as churches where women can't wear pants, or men can't have long hair, or you can't sing praise, or dance at weddings.
Or pastors who abuse their congregation through tithing, or families who groom girls into marriages they don't want through courting, or wives who out of submission to the husband cover for child porn
The best thing one can do, focus on the four Gospels, everything in red letters, and discern what is living breathing ministry and what is historical record
Large part of what Paul says is church business. The focus on Paul kind of really hurts modern Christianity.
The best Bible passages are those that are divinely inspired. The prophecies. The trances. The simplified commands. The life giving promises.
I actually disagree, I think Paul gives very valuable insights but they must be measured against what Jesus said and appropriately historically judged. If anything people focus too much on specific statements Paul made for church a within a specific cultural context.
We have a different set of cultural modesty. For example it isn't considered immodest or overly flashy to wear jewelry now. The original point was that people should not be a distraction in church meetings.
The reason it’s not overly flashy is because we have developed a culture around sin. The Bible was right on this.
That may be true depending on someone's motives. Asking people to live so radically different is very difficult though. I still see "no distractions in church" as the main point.
That's the whole point, anon.
Consider WWG1WGA
The love taught in the Bible is extremely potent and a key ingredient to WWG1WGA. It teaches us to see and grow it everywhere. It needs now to grow among us.
Evil exists but struggles in love, so it's in our best interest to learn that love and bind WWG1WGA even tighter. Otherwise evil will get that bible you mentioned in place. And then what are you going to do?
"Evil will triumph when the good man does nothing."
