We live in The Matrix... I know that. I'm writing a book on it. It will prove, I believe beyond a reasonable doubt, that the entire world is controlled, down the the most minimal detail. All the worlds beliefs are created by a propaganda machine that has existed for millennia.

Words like "Conspiracy Theorist," or "Anti-Semitism," or even The Bible (as presented) are such programs. They are beliefs of "the truth" of things that run so deep they are unquestionable. "There is no such thing as a Conspiracy" is all the control they need.
So what makes you think there are sentient beings actually taking control of our bodies? What evidence do you have to support that? What would even be the point? Without compliance there is nothing to Rule. You might as well just build robots at that point.
I'm confused. We have been in the exact same place (no meaningful advancement) for probably 12,000 years, after the last reset ("The Flood"). The worst they can do is continue what they have been doing.
Do you think our "science," our "technologies" are meaningful advancements? It is our inability to think beyond the "empirical" dimension that holds us back. We have "science" (their control of our science and thinking) to thank for that. That is the real barrier. That barrier has been in place for millennia.
This is where we are. This is where we have been. The Matrix is not new. It has been around, going through several Resets, for a very long time.
We are all God. Anything other than that full cognizance is a step down. What we have been, for millennia, is a slave cast. We didn't realize it, but that is what we have been. All of this stuff is just a continuation of that. There is nothing new here. Perhaps you are only just seeing the scope for the first time, but it has been there for all of (what we call) human history.
