God, or the Elohim, created us in Genesis 1 and gave us dominion. In Genesis 2, the Lord God or YHWH/Jehovah put us in a Garden/Enclosure to work and keep it.

This is not correct. Enoch was left out of the Bible because the book of Enoch is too revealing..although it is in the Ethiopian Coptic orthodox Christian Bible..whose patriarch does at least say in confirming that they have the ark of the covenant. Or one of them...that it contains something not of this earth.
Enoch was mentioned at least six times in genesis as the perfect man..for the same reason others were mentioned as righteous...it just means they are hybrids of the elohim..enochs father said he was not the father as Enoch newborn looked like three was talking to his mother and had the white long locks of the elohim with very very pale skin and large very large clear eyes.
Enoch like all the hybrids lived thousands of years as did the elohim..knowing neither old age or sickness. Like Jesus another hybrid he was lifted up in a space shuttle...and went to live with the elohim. They had massive mother ships ..people called them cities and said heaven instead of space as they did not have any words to describe what they saw.
