Is this slow drip of information leading to a flood in a few weeks? What's the strategy here...for waiting, I mean?
My only thought is "monitoring". They might have proof of 97% of the players in the AZ saga, and want the other 3%. By rattling the bad actors, they can monitor who they talk to or visit, and thus garner a clear picture on the last 3%. Just a guess, though.

If I had to guess,I'd say getting warrants, subpoenas, various records. Sitting down with various experts before judges, going through the numbers, the data, the proof, etc... at least I hope that's what's happening.
