It’s big stuff. 23 have tons of tech that’s out there that could change the world overnight
The argument about this is it would hugely destabilize the world since so many people can’t handle that much change financially or otherwise. They’re locked in their “this is how the world works” and would panic attack over these big changes and choices etc.

It's in the interest of the deep state to keep us reliant on legacy technology (jet propulsion) because it preserves their control over us. They can't monitor a population where any individual can move freely around the world in minutes. They also need to keep the option of assassination by airplane within their tool kit at all times.
It just occurred to me the other day that descriptions of flying objects defying physics are a matter of anti-gravity warping time. Once the anti-gravity solution is determined, all other techs are unlocked.
