What about an incentive program where any amount of money they are able to reduce from the federal budget turns into a 10% bonus on their paycheck. Like commission for bureaucrats. As much as they would all say, “Don’t cut anything, and we’ll divvy up the money,” the individual incentive should be stronger if people realize 10% commission on reducing the budget by $500,000 is way better than anything that will trickle down from the collective.
This wouldn't work simply because so much of the federal budget already goes to the politicians in illegal ways.
Instead, we should stop electing career politicians.

Say what you will about the totalitarian state but the supreme emperor will not tolerate his peons stealing from him.
One of the reasons soros has such a hard on for China is because after his rise to power Xi rounded up soro's stoogies on the take and disgraced their families publicly, paraded them around confessing their crimes against the people, took whatever luxuries and securities they may have had, and then put the servant to sleep, knowing the disgrace he caused to himself, his family, and his future generations.
Keep in mind, this was for accepting bribe moneys, just indirectly stealing from the people.
Sounds to me, we should start there...
They launder billions of taxpayer dollars right back into their pocket. Dont think a few thousand bonus will incentivize them. Thats a paycut.
