Feels like Baby Boomers were conditioned by the media to be afraid of sunlight and dietary fat. Nope. Go outside and grill some burgers. It’s for your health.
Absoulutly, skin cancer came on the scene with a boom a few years after sunscreen started being lathered on ! I'm not saying to go to the beach and burn if your pale white but moderation is so important get your fresh air and sun ,, Healthy fat was taken out of the diet in the 60's fake butter non fat milk etc ,, healthy fat is what our brains need . I started studying the brain 23 years ago and changed careers when my youngest daughter started having seizures.. I was amazed at what I found , I treated her holistically, I had to get the meds filled every month by her nurologist but I threw them away ( child protection would had been called had I refused the meds after she had medical documentation of brain disorder ) she never had another seizure, those meds would have killed her organs within 10 years !
I'd love to , I'll write you tomorrow , I'm actually getting ready to sleep soon , I've got an early schedule tomorrow ! also have a daughter .. different one, ( still awake ) who is special needs , she was born with Downs and due to childhood vaxx ( I wasn't awake back than ) she got autism on top of already being challenged! Once you actually witness what those poisons can do to a child you can never be persuaded otherwise, thank you and we'll talk soon !
They really are. They operate like an overpowered HR office. Where parents are the employee, kids are the product, and the government is the business. If you dont get that product to market the way the business wants it done, you are out of a job.
CPS are demons !
My Daughters doctor got suspicious a few times . She litterally told me that it would be a medical crime if I didn't give my daughter her meds . We had to see her every three to six months . I changed nurologist several times. Once my daughter was old enough she would make her tell her how often she took her meds . I oftentimes had to remind my daughter what she was supposed to take before we went in. Once she turned 18 we never went back !
Thank you ,as a mom it was horrible, I was honestly freaked out ! But once I researched what she was prescribed I was even more freaked out ! I quit a 100 k a yr job which was huge 23 yrs ago , stayed home and hit the books , I was amazed , God has cures for everything !
Seriously. You know, we've learned in recent years that our own fat has the richest form of stem cells, more than 500x the amount that is found in the bone marrow. The dreaded abdominal fat area has what is called Mesenchymal cells which are the most potent 'all purpose' stem cells that can repair most all parts of the body they are placed into. When a plastic surgeon needs some fat to add to a person's face to increase its youthful volume, they try and take it from the abdomen for best results.
So, I've come to the conclusion that the 'fat' in an animal may be one of the best things to eat if you are looking for nutrition. The gristle is full of collagen, don't you know.
As kids, we'd fight over who got the fat and gristle from our mother's roast beef dinner. As I got older, I'd cut it off, thinking it was bad.
Now, when I eat a steak or bbq or other meat with the fat attached, I'm going to enjoy all of it, and no longer feel guilty.
Foods with good fat sources tend to be high in protein, as well, which takes longer to digest and therefore you are sated for longer.
Insulin makes you hungry, and sugars make you release insulin.
That's not to say carbs are necessarily bad -- they're fine in moderation and good if you are trying to build muscle or show off, though you have to know your body and how to time those.
I still remember 90s commercials for popsicles. "high fructose corn syrup! It's good for you, because it's from corn!"
Amazing, really. Corn syrups being used in everything from beverages to foods absolutely contributed to massive diabetes rates. They're calorically dense pure and empty carbs with no nutritional value.
Only value of corn syrup is for rare dessert use or if you need to burn carbs within 30 minutes or so for a workout.

Excellent. CPS is a joke.

I agree they are demons. I pray they are taken down. You did what you had to do as a mother. God Bless you for what you did for your daughter.
Good for you!

Fat tastes real good and makes me feel full for hours.
Sugar tastes good but it is full of lies that cause diabetes.
Harvard scientists lied about this for 30 or 40 years and that’s why Americans are fat today.
