IMHO...A is far enough away from E, even on the tiny phone keypad, that it is likely not an unintentional typo if done by hand.
If he instead spoke the words, idiot-software could easily be expected to insert the more common word "rained" for "reined". (That said, I don't know how you do ALL CAPS in that manner, but that's another topic)
For speech to type you would have to amusingly vary the pronunciation to train the software. As an Englishman I am intrinsically qualified to modestly offer the following guide while pretending:
Reigning - Ray ininggggg
Reining - Ree ining
Raining - Ray ning
Any time I've done voice text you have to manually switch it which takes it out of voice mode - I have not figured out if there is something to say like there is with common punctuation.
Yeah I saw that one and it stood out but when do you draw the line between a typo or autocorrect and something else?

It's not uncommon for you to make this typo if you are a speed typist, though.
Not because of accidentally hitting an extra / different key, but because of your brain moving too fast to autocorrect the choice.
I can very much see someone typing "rain", being too far past the word in their thoughts to notice it, and posting it.
Speech to text would also probably prioritize rain vs rein
Right you are
