I received news from about something involving his job, now he's a MAGA patriot who fully supports Trump. Actually he directly went to a few of his rallies whenever Trump came along and he took pictures of him, he was even on the airport runway when he saw our President and even admitted that he's really tall in person. But he works as a prison guard in a federal facility in El Paso or near I believe so and before even sent me pictures of how much drugs and etc they catch from these criminal scums that flood in from the border and this stuff is worth millions, I haven't heard back from him until a few days ago.
He told me recently quote: "It's ok, I got jumped by like 6 or 7 inmates an hour ago, my left rib cage kinda hurts though. Got hit by a shiv luckily my vest stopped it! Yes I fought them with my baton that I had! Broke couple of inmates bones (hands and jaws)." So basically it's proven these guys are out of control and he did onto them what they deserved for their actions.
But today I was informed that he's getting fired and right now as I'm typing this message, he's currently getting his stuff from the locker but the reasons are beyond retarded. He said it's because of "Unnecessary force towards the inmates." Which is bullshit, you know those criminal shitheads deserved worse than that and we know he didn't nothing wrong except to defend himself from these wastes of skin since he could have died from their aggressively unprovoked and malicious attack. I feel bad for him due to this, but since it took place in a red state rather than a blue state. How do you feel about this unjust act?
he shoulda beat them harder
Knowing that he was going to get fired anyways, too bad he didn't do it. Well those guys got a special place waiting for them at the end of their lives if they don't change from their wicked ways.
My advice - don't work in a prison or go places where people want to kill you.
The administration doesn't care about the workers safety. Workers of the country unite.
We need a change in leadership which has zero tolerance for illegal entry, zero tolerance for crime. You perpetrate crime in prison, you get more time. There are definitely bad, abusive police officers and prison personnel and I don’t know your friend. But pretty soon we will have zero police and prison guards left, if we as a nation, find our officers guilty.
We need a parallel federal government, one actually elected by the people.
It is likely on video. He should have a lawyer request it. Not saying that it will work, but it might be worth it to bust the chops of management.
Edit: Also might be worth submitting a workers comp claim. Probably not going to pay out, but it will force them to go through the process.
I agree. He should lawyer up. Even if it goes nowhere, upper management will maybe think twice before firing someone for doing their job in a difficult environment.
Prison is just college for criminals. In a just society, if you’ve done something bad enough to be locked up for decades, the world is better off without you.
Look at the larger picture.... he will be better off away from places like that. Staffing is so difficult right now for a multitude of businesses, so it shouldn't be hard for him to find work in a less unsavory, and more secure, place.
EDIT: I know from experience how a bad work place can affect your whole life. I once worked in a half-way house for men transitioning from Federal prison into civilian life. Prisoners in the Federal BOP (Bureau of Prisons) are generally a little bit more "upscale" than those in the state prisons. Still, most of them were manipulative, very negative, and cunning men. They went through the motions of "being rehabilitated" but there was always a sense of foreboding around them.
I was really glad to finally end that job and go on to bigger and MUCH better things. And my whole attitude on life changed for the better too.
Um, Union? Review board? No argument?
I would appeal it, file criminal charges against those inmates and get it in front of a jury.
There may be more at play here then just the incident itself. There is a particular dynamic within LEA subgroups that you either fit in or don't. If you do not then its an uphill battle amongst your piers and superiors. Even if your play by the book. Sad to say that playing by the book can sometimes be the problem as well.
There is a lot more prisons and jails out there which need qualified guards. He probably will come up with one that will want him, he just has to move to the new facility, though. Or he can always work for the USPS. They pay well, you can climb the ladder if you're so inclined and the beni's are pretty good, if you can get them.
He may want to become a state trooper or police officer in his city, but since he lives in El Paso. Is that like Democrat ran or operated despite the state being a solid red?
Communism 101. Make criminals out of the law abiding citizens. Basic really.
The rest of the staff is so safe!
It would be horrible if they all left the job.
If he has injuries as you say he should be at the doctor call the police make a report and sue them to fucking oblivion. If he doesnt then he deserves to lose.
Definitely needs to get a MD to document those injuries.
It is sickening. I had a friend on the NYPD and he regularly would "tune up" people who had been apprehended. I'm just saying the cops had much more leeway in how they handled criminals than they do now. Thank the dems, who never stop giving more rights to the criminals than the innocent. They are evil.
