Neat!
When humanity is finally free, we will see all the amazing marvels that have been hidden from us.
Someone posted a long write up and data cache on this earlier.
The essential idea is, higher output spark plugs plus a relay equals particle acceleration, the pistons handle the rest by inertia itself, and your oil is solely responsible for lubrication
if the accounts are real, you trade fuel costs for switching plugs every 3 months and doing oil every 2 months
When gas is $1 50-3.00 a gallon it's absolutely stupid to do so..but in a $5 or more environment, it starts to become more viable if you know how to do It
The mod is usually done on older vehicles that either have no software (80s v6 trucks) or we know the software in and out (90s Honda, Toyota)
If the source code was open, it might be a more viable idea on a hybrid. Electric assist plus the hydro relay but you'd really need to know your way around ecm and know how to write assembly and C pretty fluently
Here you go. If this is the one you are referring to, I saved it for future reference:

Who wants to change spark plugs every three months? Mine are buried under the intake manifold. Doable but not a fun 10 minute job
Using hydrogen instead of gasoline only makes sense if power plants are using coal, or nuclear energy to create electricity. It takes more energy to break the hydrogen bond than is recovered when burning the hydrogen.
Bob Lazar is a spook shill for spinning technology. His record has been scrubbed for reasons. He was instrumental in the setup for the coming alien invasion fakery. Water/hydrogen conversion has been around for a while but the public didn't notice. Now that they are about to, the shills try to gain points from late reveals.
Lazar had some rocketry background and put a jet engine in a car because he has that kind of time on his hands.
The psyop that was "I saw aliens and reverse-engineered a UFO." was taken up and expanded upon by Dan Burisch, Col. Hamilton and others as the "J-Rod" psyop that then became the "Ganesh particle" which became the 'God Particle' which became CERN. All crap coverstories for coming psyop events.
Included in the Burisch fiasco is the notion that a virus gave need to go back and forth in time to find a cure and so Time Travel.
Here's the fun part though. To be taken seriously, a measure of truth has to be given to gain confidence. Given that, what Lazar says is true. Most any car could be converted.
That's also what the guy who got shot last week said on his video, yet he made no claim of alien technology in the past.
A hydrogen fuel cell power generator that could run a village or a base in the desert, was developed by the military (at Crane facility) 20 years ago.
WATCH WHO YOU FOLLOW
Some physicists have worked out how to extract zero point energy from the aether, they are trying to build an engine using ordinary household and home depot goods that the average joe can build for himself in a home workshop.
Its very technical stuff but the engine itself doesn't seem to be.

Will we ever be free from the"elite's" petroleum/electric vehicles..? Hydrogen is the excellent answer .known for quite a while
It’s the metal hydrides in the storage tanks at issue. Can’t source enough to make it viable. He actually was trying to start a company to do this on a larger scale. China won’t sell enough to do it.
Hydrogen need to be condensed to carry enough to do anything.
Without the hydrides it cannot be done.
I don't think this is hydrogen but it's browns gas, this cannot be pressurised without exploding.
As far as I know, hydrogen is not a "fuel". It is more of a storage mechanism like a battery. The hydrogen still has to be produced using electricity so while it could be produced by wind and solar it is probably not at the moment so it is just a means for storing energy from fossil fuel.
Water running over copper plates under conditions produce electricity.
OK, but, as with most "renewable" claims this omits how large the device would need to be. According to: https://www.pnas.org/doi/abs/10.1073/pnas.1906601116 they did an experiment that produced "several tens" of milli Volts and "several" micro Amps per square centimetre.
For ease of reckoning let's make that 1mV and 100μA which gives 1 Watt for every 10 square metres. So a car with 100kW of power would need an area of a million square metres. Maybe sails would be simpler?
A small building would suffice according to the speech I heard.
That was for a small operating military base.
The size is relevant, depending on many factors.
@ 15 minutes he says you need a particle accelerator to make the magic sauce. I don't have one.
Well you do, we all do. In every living cell is a particle accelerator.
you're high too, huh.
Even an electric car? 🤣
