From Patel Patriot: I got so excited I forgot to even reference what I'm talking about. Trump's official spokeswoman, Liz Harrington, released a 12 page letter from Trump.

It's one big ass devolution-proof.

Was Samuel Adams the Admiral of the Navy when the Boston Tea Party was organized?

What I’m saying to you is that government is just a tool. It’s a reflection of the real power which are PEOPLE.

I want you to think about Game of Thrones. Does the whole story just stop in the first episode because the king is murdered and the crown usurped? Does the other side of the struggle just disappear because the other claimed the “formal” control? Or does the story continue to unwind for another 8 seasons as these two factions act out a war, even though, formally , the Lannister’s seize the crown in the very beginning ?

Come on. Politics and struggle doesn’t just vanish because one side says “we are the winners.”

Trump is very clearly demonstrating right now he is leading a faction - a SIGNIFICANT faction, which most likely does constitute itself of real, “hard power” - ie nuclear access - that is clearly writing out: the other side has committed treason against the lawfully elected government and captured our political institutions.

It isn’t academic to understand what this means.

Remember, you described your knowledge level as that of a " fairly intelligent chimpanzee" when asking for help understanding what's going on.

This response to the first attempt to give you the help you asked for suggests you forgot.

Basically it seems like what you're saying is "might = right".

On one hand you dismiss the laws and rules of government as a tool and formality, but then say that Trump was "lawfully elected" and that the election should have been honored.

So which is it? To the victor go the spoils, or play by the rules?

It's more "enforce the actual rules without cheating," AND "the real victor then gets the spoils."

How do you picture President Trump enforcing the rules here?

I'm not trying to doom or be argumentative just for the sake of arguing.

I've had a hard time understanding how President Trump is secretly still the President ever since Biden was sworn in. Much of what people are arguing to prove Trump is still President looks a lot like what I-AM-ANON has been saying, and quite frankly that's above my pay grade.

I'm more interested in the practicals of it. Such as, who exactly is President Trump declaring war on here? Just the Democrats? Because there are a good number of Republicans involved as well. Yes, I'm aware that they're really RINOs, but still...

And if he's really still in charge, and has the backing of the military, then what is stopping him from having those he's labeled as traitors arrested? Surely we're not still waiting for everyone to wake up to what is going on. Not if he's declared war.

I think people are getting really worked up and overly emotional over something that we don't even know is authentic or not. I understand the need for hopium, but we still need to use our heads.

You are posing a question as to whom the prima facie declaration of war is directed to.

The answer is in the first few paragraphs were the enemies are listed.

Simple 8 grade text analysis.

Devolution speaks for itself. Patel Patriot did an excellent job in the first 4-5 installments. This letter doesn't add anything to it, doesn't prove nor disprove it.

He instructs officials to do their jobs, i.e. enforce the existing laws. That's all.

It seems like youre grasping for straws in order to have an asinine conversation.
