She pleaded guilty. She should not have pleaded guilty.
Probably not but all she was charged with was being there and there is all kinds of proof she was there so how do you plead not guilty to that?
The legal process is the punishment… if you don’t take the plea a legal defense will cost life savings..
Did I miss that part in the article where it says she is a Stanford Law Graduate?
Except they will charge you with more and lock you up longer. They want to make examples of everyone who was there. You can already see it with some of the other people who were made to plea guilty.
