That was exactly my first thought as well. That being said, I wouldn't doubt for one second that there are good guys, and gals, in the CIA, DOJ, and FBI chomping at the bit to get the truth out.
Totally with you, I believe there are actually more good people in all of them than bad, just the bad are in power positions and not by chance.
What was the study, just 3% baddies in an organization can make the whole thing look rotten.
