Red pill me on toothpaste
🧘Mental/Physical Health 🏋🏼♂️
So ive just been wanting red pill after red pill, so whats the deal on toothpaste?what is it actually? Links please
Heres one. Its my working theory. Largely due to me brushing with warm/hot water and havi g much better dental health than everyone I know who brushes with toothpaste.
The microabrasives wear out your enamel and allow sugars and sugar alcohols to nest in your teeth, the saccharin also creates a residue and saccharin is also toxic for livers.
Wish we could have a poll in this thread about what people think toothpaste is actually doing! It is mostly a short term breath freshener.
Toothpaste is engineered to cause dental issues. The chemicals in it also cause kidney, liver, and other issues.
It would take for ever to dig it up but there was a study long ago that basically put toothpaste right there in the same category as the rest of big pharma having started out as snake oil salesmen who bribed their way into existence just like the artificial sweetener industry has done.
And just like big pharma, the people who go to college are basing everything they know off what they are taught, which is not the truth.
sauce would be great
My dentist friend said toothpaste isn't even necessary just have the kids brush their teeth with water.
The reason why this works is if you live in an area with water that has high salt content it actually helps your gums. And the salt concentrations in water are not high enough to do damage to your enamel.
A lot of young kids with braces are advised to use warm water and salt mixture to help reducing gum swelling when flossing isn't enough.
Salt water (which tastes AWFUL by the way) has a lot of effects when it comes to killing infections and otherwise bacterial presence, so it's really good for a lot of things in your mouth.
But fuck I had it when I had a tooth removal as a child and could not deal with it, immediate gag from the taste
Lol sorry to hear that order but I can't help but thinking how much salt water was interested each time my little kid butt was at the beach... And now my own little kids' butts.
yeah
Dont use salt like some have suggested unless its every so often. It will damage your gums over time as well.
