I hope this clears up any misunderstandings about the people we're dealing with.
That's what an overburden of bureaucracy and 'laws' bring, a de facto police state where any infraction real or imagined puts you behind bars. We've been living in a nicely dressed banana republic for years.

I could very easily see all of these and more as being considered mentally ill by today's government.
