Now ask yourself, what does the US law say about a verified stolen Presidential Election?
We're in uncharted territories, and the US laws, minus The Constitution, we know of today exist within USA INC. which is a rogue corporation of this country to begin with.
States start decerting. Enough do it to where solid red states say no more – either abide by the constitution and throw them all out for treason and install our rightful president, or we'll secede.
Then you have 20/30 states that are out of the "Old Republic". They then join a "new" one with the original constitution as written and nothing else.
Accomplishes a ton...
Out of all the weird crap I've read over the years, it's not that far fetched. 😆
If Trump actually removed the government before the election, then he's still president and can come back anytime the military moves the pretenders out of the way. That's what happened in the Philippines during WWII. Japan took over, but the president left with the official government and came back after Japan was defeated. It's the same situation now, except it's China and the US.
I don't think this is how devolution works, is it? Rather, devolution involves devolution of the authority of the government to military organs. Resumption of government coming out of devolution would not simply return to the previous status, I think. Devolution means the Presidency is no longer active, and instead the military organs are running the functions of the executive.
What happened in the Philippines was not exactly devolution; it was government in exile. The Philippines Presidency never changed but simply continued operating in exile. That's a whole different ball game, seems to me.
If a thief robs a jewelry store and gets caught after running for 2 years, does he have to give back the diamonds that he stole? Same concept.
There isn't, if he comes back BEFORE the midterms.
Under certain circumstances he can serve the remaining two or fewer years of another "person's" term, and then run for another four. Ten years is the maximum per the Constitution.
You're welcome :)
