I heard this before. I heard this exact same "contacted by important people...chose me...special message...military bearing...of course as a patriot I agreed..." Awhile ago. So whatever happened happened. Or didn't. edit: I believe the one I heard described a battle at Cheyenne. This one mentions Sussman. I don't remember that.

To save you time, at minute 25:33 he gives the comms. The first 25 minutes were just long, slow descriptions of his trip and the set up. He said other podcasters were there, too, but no one was allowed, yet, to tell us any details...only clues to decode.
In case anyone wants to decode, here is what he said. (I couldn't understand a few of the words.)

Whatever is being said here is very concentrated. Probably too concentrated for a novice like me to ever be in the near ballpark.
Here are terms, as I can read them from the almost complete lack of context that usually provides the Key to decryption.
Weather = Battle (Low front + High front = Storm) - AKA The Front Line and Battlefield Awareness.
Red Button = Dropping the Nukes, as in forking up all the goods, files, servers, and blackmail on the Big Names. My theory is that GM had a chance to come clean like Epstein (He's still alive) but she kept her mouth shut which was futile and only made it harder for herself.
Waffles = Treats for "doing a good job." This one is new to me, but I suspect it may be related to wafers, like communion wafers, which wikipedia says developed into the modern waffle. Are waffles incentives given out from the Church?
Fire Ants = Ants are Military personnel. The dumb ones who strictly follow orders, as to be literal robots in their duties. Fire Ants are venomous Ants who bite and swarm. I suspect they're active duty Military personnel.
Fleas = Bloodsuckers who jump and spread plagues. They might be snooper programs which get between hairs (your cover) and collect nothing but system critical info. Anything illicit but only surface-level they ignore.
Asteroids = Slush funds and secret bank accounts. Fundraisers, in short. When one crashes into Earth, it means the funds are being melted down, distributed, and put into action.
Teeth = People close to you that you can trust. Used to eat, which would mean they are used to expend resources like killing a Cow (Gov. Informant) for their meat, because they can no longer produce Milk (Insider Information).
Dentist = Someone who pulls teeth. If you are a mafia boss, but you want to retire from the business, you need someone to pull your teeth out so they don't get "infected" and cause you pain. In other words, you have to eliminate in some way those most close to you in order to safely retire, because the ones closest to you can become your greatest enemies. A Dentist Appointment, effectively, is discussing a Witness Protection program with Authorities. If Becky missed her appointment, it means she was caught before she could go into hiding and/or get her teeth pulled. I don't know who Becky could be referring to.
Short = Think Oliver Twist. He was short and could sneak into the rich dudes house for Bill Sikes. Otherwise, Short typically means you're gonna steal by not giving the person you made a deal with everything you promised. You can also use it to say you're not gonna show your full hand even after your opponent might fold. In other words, there's no reason to tell your defeated opponent how many bullets you still have in reserve.
Water = Information
Boat = Way to navigate the Waters.
Sea = The Worldwide News Feed
Past = Finite?
Future = Infinite? Past and Future , both are probably literal.
Dog = Personal Assistant or Body Double -- The person who fetches for you, warns you of danger, and acts as your third hand when it's too dangerous for you personally. Pet on a leash that eats their own shit (evidence left behind). Also, Man's best friend.
Mother = The one who birthed you. In other words, the ones who invited you into the "Club" and taught you how to function in the Cabal.
Cool = Keeping the heat (attention) off you. Used here, it indicates they're trying to keep cool by acting hip like the young folk do -- using Memes for example, though failing miserably.
Giraffe = Longest neck, which can pick leaves of the highest branches. Leaves are liquid assets and cash, to put it briefly. Plants grow leaves, and animals who eat leaves are happy just to get paid at the end of the day. They have no interest in power. Giraffes are the most adept creature in being able to process hard-to-reach assets while keeping their feet on the ground. The British also use a rubber giraffe called Sophie to let babies teeth on, apparently, so that ties in with the dentist comms. I'm having difficulty naming exactly what profession might be a giraffe, but if I had to guess it would be a neurotic hypochondriac who only bets on a sure thing.
Dolphin = Programmers who clickity clack at they Keyboard to communicate. It's not fair to call them hackers, they simply like to make programs that look at data all to just help people. Very intelligent, and keep their nose clean. It's fair to say that Cliff_High would be a Dolphin (if he isn't a con artist).
Message if you look up? = I wonder if this means Googling yourself if you're an operative might be used to send messages?
Sky = Firmament. It's the window to the Universe. A clear sky means you're sure to get the message. (Birds typically carry messages).
Stars = Celebrities and public figures. Stars carry messages, but only for those who know how to read the Firmament. If they are twinkling, it means Celebrities are ready in anticipation for something. Is it possible certain Celebrities have been tapped in order to get the message out? Kevin Sorbo and Rob Schneider come to mind.

A dolphinfish would swim in the ocean. Water = information. The information could be sonar-related, or transmitted by waves.

You're jumping between literal and symbolism too liberally here. Ghislaine isn't a Dolphin, though sometimes she may operate like one. There's not much indication she looks at data or programs.
Dolphins look like fish (news readers) but they are actually mammals. They still have to come up for air, though they do manage to take deep dives.
Their sonar is their ability to find things others might overlook.
Compare and contrast with Bats, who also use sonar but fly instead of swim.
Bats are like Batman, private detectives who "send a message" (anything that flies is a messenger) to criminals -- a Vigilante who uses gadgets to find out what people are up to.
Unlike Bats, though, Dolphins do Deep Dives.

Ghislaine bears no indication that she is invested heavily in deep dives, which means while she is a licensed submarine pilot, it may only mean she takes occasional ganders at data but not enough to be defined as a mammal. She is, after all, an Immortal, so referring to her as an animal is improper.
One last thing about Dolphins that establishes programs, in light of your Military submarine connection.
In a Military Submarine operation you are given orders before you submerge. Contact is cut off until you resurface, which could last days. I'm not sure if you've done programming, but that's synonymous with what happens when you launch a program. Once the program starts, that's it. It'll keep going until it's done, even if it encounters a catch-all error.
