At what point do we demand they answer WHY abortion is so vital to them even though there are multiple alternatives?
People really don’t grasp the real reason the left want abortions. It’s not about womens choice or freedoms. That’s just to stir emotions and drive protests etc. it’s because the left stands to lose millions if not billions in campaign donations from PP and the money laundering taking place from the sale of body parts to companies all over who kick back to the Dems. It’s evil that people need to wake up to
Take that a step further - it's about providing human sacrifices for demonic rituals.
Like Project Veritas showed us...they sell baby parts...little baby livers and pancreas and stem cells to pharmaceutical companies.
If only they worked that hard on fixing the economy
Okay, then surround all access/entry points by State Troopers and prohibit entry.
And states can close ALL access to the federal land, as well as turn off ALL utilities to the facility.
We can play this game all day.
Now, that might work. The Feds would probably pay for helicopter rides in though and use eminent domain to force interstate utilities to their sites.
Yes, they would waste our money on such things.
Well, maybe it's time we take back the land. The feds hold too much of it anyway.
Didn't they have a law that said federal funding could never be used for abortions and it's why Planned Parenthood has to keep selling itself as a "women's health clinic".
Why don't Indian reservations offer abortion services?
Why don't Indian casinos off-reservation offer backroom abortions?
For that matter, why don't major airlines offer in-flight abortions? Technically when you're in flight, you're not subject to state laws. The state of registration of the airplane laws take precedence. If a plane is registered in Oregon or Washington State, they can give abortions during the flight, then Iand back at the same Midwestern airport again.
Three nautical miles is the jurisdictional limit for U.S. states and some territories under domestic law, with the exception of Texas, Florida’s west coast, and Puerto Rico. They could easily have charter boats pick up abortion passengers, go 4 miles off shore, do the procedure, then come back to dock.
If you want to bend the laws... there are plenty of opportunities for doing that.
Hey now, don't be giving them any ideas. They are crazy enough to do any of them. 🤫
That would be more than stupid.
Wouldn't that circumvent states rights even though it is Fed land? Abortion done on fed land inside a states borders would subject anyone doing them of breaking a state law. Could be arrested when they left fed property i suppose!
I think arrests once they leave federal property would work.
I think it is far more likely that abortionists just move to states that allow them or cross borders to do so.
Since when can you break state law just because you’re on federally owned land within a state.
Murder is a state law. I guarantee the state will not drop the charges if you murder somebody on federal land inside their state.
No, but the law enforcement on federal property is federal jurisdiction and not the state's. If the jurisdiction went to federal and they don't Prosecute, then it's the same as not having the law.
