True, but isn't the issue people seem to have is that the 16th was never ratified correctly in the first place?
It w I uldnt be repealing it, it would be recognizing this fact that it never made it to Amendment status in the first place

I do believe there's a different process for repealing an amendment to The Constitution.
A big get and super boom if we get it is a rational, Consitutional Constructionist ruling against the EPA that's due soon.
