Asking for a friend, his uncle has lung cancer. As far as I know there isn't anything that's been proven to work but I could be wrong. Just a shot in the dark asking you guys, he's gonna die anyway. Might as well die trying something, I know there's no miracle cure.

I've heard reports that the keto diet 'starves' the cancer. Cancer feeds on sugar, and the medications that are used to treat cancer are often full of sugar. So by eliminating carbs, the cancer is starved. I've also heard that ivermectin looks promising to treat it.
By that reasoning, I wonder if people on keto and/or low carb/sugar diets are less prone to cancer.
