I am actually surprised they are recusing themselves. The judge in the Sussman trial with all his conflicts didn’t and Durham would have been within his rights to declare he needed to do so. There have been other judges, like Sullivan in the Flynn trials, who should have done so.
Durham is supposed to be a very thorough person, I doubt he let the judge with conflicts of interest stay on the case unless the purpose of the trial was to do something other than jail Sussman, meaning the verdict on Sussman was entirely irrelevant to Durham's purpose.
He was fishing.
Yea as far as I understand it, they have a lot of work to do, and that includes collecting evidence. In order to do this, they have to go through a lot of trials and attempted indictments of many different low-rung people to amass the evidence they need for the higher courts to take their main case seriously. I'm not saying Sussman is low-rung, but they certainly are not aiming for indictment alone. Durham has a grander plan.
He actually offered recusal and Durham declined.
So many that I don't know if they are white hat or cabal controlled ... I must say that now I look at judges much more critically than I used to..
Judges are not the sage wise men they try to project with their priestly robes. They are actually the lowest guy in the court. They work for rhe clerk of rhe court and are facilitators more than Anything. Our judicial system is. Collection agency. Crim8nal cases have 1040 irs forms that get filed.
Truth. The other tell is that they seem to follow subsequent amendments to the original filings, new defendants, etc.
How many judges now have been recused on this?
Three at a minimum, maybe more.
If this is the third, I am interested in why it took so long for this one to decide to recuse. If this is beyond the third, it has become beyond a shit show lol
If they keep refusing his case never gets heard. Stall.
New judge appointed in 2013....
Maybe they're trying this as a method of running out the clock? Just a thought.. could be done for legit reasons.
Can someone explain this? Are they recusing to stop trump from having his day in court or recusing because they are being honest
Maybe they are being threatened themselves?
