I was going to say: How is this even possible?
I imagined how an arm could be grabbed through the glass partition. Of course, it could have been down, but that still means that Trump would have to have been getting up from his seat and then crouching between the front seats to try and grab the steering wheel. In any case, I would imagine that he had enough managerial training to have developed some trust towards SS trained drivers, to do their job. So yeah, nah.
The whole story is so implausible.
